Class of 2016

I still am high on life after graduating last week. Not only was graduating college one of the best days of my life but it feels so good to have all that hard work behind me. My family is absolutely INCREDIBLE and has been planning a trip to Disney World for Brandon and I since September as a gift for graduating college.

I am beyond grateful to all the people who saw me through this season of life.

My parents who have always gone above and beyond to be there for me

Brandon who has held my hand literally and figuratively through it all

my siblings and cousins who have been nothing but supportive

my aunt who has given me copious amounts of advice and teaching supplies from her own classroom

my friends-- old and new-- who have been there in the ups and downs of life

my professors who taught me not only academic content but life lessons

my students who have allowed me to learn and grow right in front of them as I learn what works and what doesn't, and for showering me with nothing but support, love, hugs, high fives and encouragement from day one

God for the blessing of living in a country where I have the opportunity to go to college, for the ability to learn and grow as a person, for seeing me through the ups and downs, for challenging me and growing me, for never letting me go, for reminding me of His love every day

WE DID IT, PEOPLE! It's all over and I could not be more grateful. I am BEYOND humbled by the entire experience of graduating and receiving an education.

Shoutout to my awesome hubby for taking these graduation pictures. (:
